There are several hotels located in the center of Aveiro, with rooms at different price levels, all of them within a walking distance from the conference site or served by public bus transportation (http://www.moveaveiro.pt). Participants must book their own hotel. Early booking is strongly recommended.
The table lists some of hotels that are within a 2km radius from the campus. These are in walking distance from the campus (about 15 minutes). Certain hotels offer special fares to Universidade of Aveiro guests. A room reservation system (through a local travel agency) will be set for this conference.
