(a) Only members of EAG (European Association of Geochemistry), GS (Geochemical Society), IAGC (International Association of Geochemistry), IMGA (International Association of Medical Geology), SEGH (Society for Environmental Geochemistry and Health) are eligible for the member rates. Membership numbers must be given on the registration form; (b) For students confirmation of their status is required: Post-Graduate students must send a copy of his/her enrolment document in a post-graduation course; Undergraduate students must send a copy of his/her enrolment document in an university.
The Conference registration fee includes:
• admission to all sessions, poster and exhibition areas
• coffee/tea during breaks
• conference materials (final programme, Abstracts as printed copy and on CD)
• Ice-Break Reception on Sunday July 15th

Credit cards, Bank drafts or personal check account will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Office (eafsilva@ua.pt). Registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received before 31 May 2012. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Please note that a processing fee of 50 € will be deducted from all refunds.
Letter of Invitation to Attend the Conference
Participants requiring a visa should contact the Conference Office (pmarinho@ua.pt), which will provide a letter of invitation. The invitation is intended to help participants to obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment by the organizer to provide any financial support.
