The scientific programme will be held over five days, from Monday July 16th 2012 to Friday, July 20th, 2012.

Monday, 16th to Friday 20th July: morning plenary sessions and parallel technical sessions, afternoon parallel technical sessions and poster sessions.

Field Trip will be on Saturday 21st July.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentations will be allotted 20 minutes (15 min for presentation and 5 min for discussion).
   

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Posters will be displayed at the conference with a specific time designated when presenters are expected to stand by their posters and be available for discussion. The measurement of your poster should be approximately A0 Portrait (max. 120 cm high x 90 cm wide / 47 inches high x 34 inches wide).

Presenters are responsible for ensuring that:
• The poster is mounted correctly on the correct display board 
• Collection of the posters immediately after the poster sessions.  

The poster should be easily readable from a distance of 2 meters.
